COMMUNITY INCLUSIVITY TRAINING
Join Wood Buffalo Pride for Community Inclusivity Training on March 23 or 27! These workshops build on knowledge, self-reflection skills, and allyship. Participants will access an in-depth education on the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and take away concrete actions for allyship in each session.
This workshop is for you if you are interested in:
- Increasing understanding of sexual orientation and gender diversity
- Improving confidence in using inclusive language and up to date terminology
- Increasing awareness of privilege and intersectional identities
- Strategies for supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and community, and your role as an ally
- Increasing knowledge of local resources and supports available for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community

This is our comprehensive workshop that covers many topics related to 2SLGBTQIA+ lived experiences, inclusivity and allyship in greater depth. It includes videos, interactive activities, and increased time for reflection, discussion, and capacity-building for participants and organizations.
