This guide was developed to support RMWB organizations and businesses adopting inclusive language within policies, forms, and documents during the process of becoming a certified Rainbow Space. It can be used by any organization or business as a tool for inclusive language considerations and recommendations.

The Inclusionary is a language resource created by the Government of Canada. It contains a collection of gender-inclusive suggestions for commonly used gendered words. It was designed to provide writers, editors and translators with a starting point for writing inclusively in English

Pronouns.org contains a wealth of resources all about personal pronouns and best practices for inclusive language, including what to do if you make mistakes.

A digital resource to learn more about microaggressions and their impact on marginalized communities. There is a tab dedicated to explaining common microaggressions experienced by the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

 A safe, supportive and empowering home for the multicultural LGBTIQA+ community. This website contains monolingual, bilingual and multilingual terminology to authentically represent the identities of LGBTIQA+ community members in English, Arabic, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), Korean, Persian, Spanish, Thai and Vietnamese. It can be used as a tool for translators, interpreters, LGBTIQA+ community members and allies. 

 Queer ASL focuses on introducing American Sign Language and Deaf culture to 2SLGBTQQIA+ learners and their allies. This organization offers online ASL classes and workshops for 2SLGBTQIA+ learners and their allies, taught by Deaf queer & trans folk. They offer multiple levels of ASL class series (101-104) and workshops: Signs of Pride, and Intro to Deaf Culture & ASL.

A campaign created by Action Canada for Sexual Health & Rights in collaboration with Egale Canada to support Albertans having in person conversations about difficult topics in ways that don't contribute to online division and outrage. This campaign includes two videos and a free, downloadable Offline Conversation Guide, providing important perspective on having in person conversations in the spirit of allyship, compassion and finding common ground to build understanding and empathy.
