Qmmunity Connections is a program focused on bringing community members together! We host inclusive events year round, to create community and a sense of belonging. For all upcoming events check out our EVENT page.

Join us on the first Sunday of the month from 2-4 pm at The Redpoll Centre (2nd floor of SMS Equipment Place - in the conference room) for coffee, tea, crafts and community. You can bring your own craft project to work on, and we will also have some additional craft activities and board games available. Coffee, tea, and light snacks will be provided. Come by, be cozy, be in community!


Qreative Connections is a weekly art based drop-in program for youth, offered in partnership with Justin Slade Youth Foundation. This is a space for local youth to express themselves in a safe and welcoming environment.
All drop in activities are free for youth to attend and no registration is required. All supplies are provided. While this program centers 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, all youth are welcome to attend!

Story Time at the End of the Rainbow is a monthly event led by a local drag queen or king and hosted by the Wood Buffalo Regional Library. Story Time at the End of the Rainbow features books with 2SLGBTQIA+ characters or families and promotes a message of love, kindness, and acceptance. This family friendly program showcases inclusive 2SLGBTQIA+ stories, song performances, activities, and crafts!
